2012 U16 Bantam "C" Girls BC Provincial Championships

Congratulations and welcome to the Alberni Valley! We are very honored and excited to host this year's 2012 U16 Bantam "C" BC Provincial Championships at Echo Minor Park, located at 4200 Wood Avenue on July 6th, 7th & 8th. There will be a Pre-Provincial Coaches meeting held at 8pm on Thursday July 5th at the Echo Minor Field House Upper Lounge.  Please ensure your team has a represenative at this meeting to pick up your tournament pkg, special event tickets and T-shirt memorabilia etc.  The tournament draw will be done at this time along with Home and Away Allocation.  Our community is looking forward to hosting your team.  For more information please contact info@albernisoftball.com

Provincial Itinerary & Special Events:  Our association is preparing a fun and exciting weekend for your  team.  Itinerary will be posted once confirmed and we look forward to your participation.  Plans include; opening & closing ceremony, team/family/fans meal, skills events, prizes, draws and much more...

Tournament Accomadations:  To ensure teams have accomadations for the Provincial Championships we have taken the liberty of booking blocks of rooms for teams with great rates.  Please email info@albernisoftball.com to secure your choices of Hotel / Motel / Camping & RV sites.  You may pre-arrange accomadations early so that once your team is confirmed attending the provincial you will have first opportunity to secure your rooms.
